Hi, I’m Patty! It’s nice to meet you!
I help individuals with ADHD achieve their goals with confidence.
When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll likely find me unwinding with a good book (thank goodness for Kindle Unlimited), knitting or crocheting, or building Lego sets—especially from the Harry Potter, Disney, and Lego Icons collections. I love taking walks with my dog Scarlett, baking to relax, and spending quality time with family and friends. Having worked in corporate leadership roles, I understand the importance of work/life balance and the desire to achieve both professional success and inner peace.
WHY I LOVE WORKING WITH ADHD
My life experiences fuel my passion for working alongside people with ADHD, who often feel stretched too thin and want the right tools to navigate the demands of their lives and careers. Working with ADHD has been a passion of mine throughout my career. I bring both professional expertise and firsthand personal experience with how ADHD can influence daily life, family, and relationships.
I value walking alongside clients as a real human being while guiding them toward concrete progress on their goals. Together, we will manage big emotions, build systems, get things done, and find balance.
WHAT MAKES ME CREDIBLE
With over a decade of experience in mental health, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (License # E.1800541-SUPV). I am trained in many evidence-based modalities, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed practices, and Family Systems therapy, and have worked in community, inpatient, and outpatient settings. I’ve worked with college students, couples, and adults. All of my training and experience have reinforced that ADHD requires a customized, individualized approach to therapy.
I also understand how important it is to feel connected to your therapist. From the moment we meet, I want you to feel welcome in a safe and caring space to focus on your goals and needs. I use humor and a holistic approach to helping my clients find progress (not perfection) that helps us to meet their goals.
