- ADHD testing starts with a comprehensive interview. We will discuss your past and present, family history, medical history, and explore your most pressing concerns. Because it is not uncommon for people with ADHD to have difficulty with memory recall, we’ll have you bring data collected from a friend or family member who knows you well.
- You will also complete a series of testing questionnaires.
- Lastly, our testing also includes the ADHD portions from a neuropsychological evaluation, such as computerized testing that provides data on an individual’s attention span and impulse control.
- Once all the information and data have been collected, your clinician will calculate your results to determine a diagnosis and make personalized recommendations. If it turns out that you have ADHD, we will collaborate on an individualized treatment plan.
