About Gina

Hi. I’m Gina. It’s great to connect.

I help ADHD individuals find clarity, balance, and confidence through a compassionate, whole-person approach to therapy.

Before we get into my credentials, here’s a bit about me as a human: when I’m not working, I like to stay active, whether it’s running, rolling out my yoga mat, or paddleboarding (when our Ohio weather allows). I love to travel and explore new places, but nothing beats spending time with my husband and family, including my three dogs, who very much rule the house. I’ve found that balancing out the hustle and bustle of the week with some time on the couch for a good Netflix series is critical for a happy life. I truly value the small, meaningful things in life and enjoy helping myself and others get things done while also making space for what brings joy and fulfillment.

Why I Love Working with ADHD

Working with individuals who have ADHD is especially meaningful to me because I deeply appreciate the incredible strengths this community brings. I’m passionate about helping clients overcome barriers and discover strategies that unlock their full potential. I love supporting people as they harness their creativity and resilience to achieve their goals and build fulfilling lives on their own terms. Taking a holistic approach, I focus on all aspects of wellness—mental, emotional, and lifestyle—to help clients thrive not just in specific areas, but in life as a whole. ADHD is close to my heart in a personal way, fueling my commitment to truly understand and validate each person’s lived experience. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, empowered, and hopeful about what’s possible.
