ADHD Groups

Women with ADHD: A Skills & Support Group

Living with ADHD as a woman often means carrying invisible weight—overthinking, overgiving, and holding yourself to impossible standards. This group offers a warm, judgment-free space to finally exhale and learn to thrive.

Together, we’ll focus on practical, brain-friendly tools that actually work in real life—while building a connection with women who get it. You’ll leave with clearer structure and routines, stronger self-understanding, and strategies you can use immediately.

Topics include:

  • ADHD in Women: The Hidden Struggle
  • Executive Function & Time Blindness
  • Emotional Roller Coaster
  • Overwhelm, Shutdown, & Burnout
  • Hormones & ADHD: Understanding the Cycle
  • Role Balancing: Career, Caregiving, & Relationships
  • Perfectionism & Procrastination: The Shame Loop
  • Sustainability & Future Planning

What do we do in the group?

Each week will cover a topic related to ADHD and women. There will be time for learning skills and time for support and connection.
