Partners of ADHD Group
Feeling overwhelmed in your relationship with a partner who has ADHD? You’re not alone. When two brains work differently, it can be hard to stay on the same page. This support group is designed for non-ADHD partners who want to better understand ADHD and its impact on relationships. Together, you’ll connect with others who share similar experiences, gain new insights, and learn practical tools to strengthen communication, reduce frustration, and show up as your best self in your relationship.
Weekly topics include:
- Understanding ADHD in Adults
- Navigating the Emotional Roller Coaster
- Improving communication
- Avoiding the parent/child dynamic
- Creating sustainable systems that work for everyone
- Recovering from Burnout
- Rekindling Closeness & Connection
- Hope, Growth, and Moving
What do we do in the group?
Each week will cover a topic related to ADHD relationships. There will be time for learning and time for support and connection.
