Sometimes it’s simply about not combining triggers. For example, if interacting with a toxic person is unavoidable, that might be a good day to end with a hobby that reinvigorates your energy.

ADHD superpowers are real. ADHD is linked to heightened creativity, perseverance, and flexibility. ADHDers are often good in a crisis and exceptional at coming up with that out-of-the-box idea that revolutionizes the world. However, many ADHDers are not using their superpowers.
